Grumpy would say: ”I don’t like goodbyes!”. And I would probably answer: “All good things come to an end”. He’d probably even blurt out: “I don’t like endings!” And I would just agree with him. Nevertheless… The Blog has come to an end, along with the 15th Anniversary celebrations and I really wanted to say goodbye in a proper way. Maybe we will meet again soon and don’t forget that from April 2009 Mickey will host a huge party.
A big thank you to all of you for your comments and your commitment to this blog: it’s been two fantastic years. A special thank you to all the cast members that I interviewed: your backstage work provides us with beautiful dreams…
I cannot say goodbye without a little trip down the memory lane with this images!

“California” is the answer to the former and last mini-game.

It was back in 1998 in Discoveryland, when acrobatic roller blades, skates and mountain bikes, performed during the California Dream Festival.

It has come of age and now flies on its own! We have no longer any control on it!

Let’s take a look at the answer to MG17:  the Starry Sky of Disney Village.

And here the long-awaited final questions: “When you hear this music, which American State comes to your mind?”

So this issue is….the penultimate! Well done! Only two games to go including this one and that will be that… So put your thinking caps on and get this one right … We need to look good for the history books ;-)
Once upon a time, a piece of music accompanied a particular illumination… which one?

For anyone interested, the right answer to MG16 was: the cavalcade came from the Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show, the only show at the resort that has been continuously performed since 1992 in Disney Village. Not bad, eh? It was worth drawing your attention to it, that’s for sure!

In three dimensions (or nearly) on the Web… Guess what? I’ve seen Santa Claus, Mickey and Minnie Mouse dressed up to the nines, Chip & Dale and everyone else!!

So if something’s afoot, it’s got to be the holiday season and its parties… And I reckon that the Christmas website looks fabulous this year!
And what’s more, it’s up and running!

It’s true - all good things must come to an end… We can’t go on forever you know… It’s like Blankety Blank - it had to end some time!!

First of all, let’s take a look at the answer to MG15:
Prince Philip! On stage at the Royal Castle Stage, Mickey’s Magic Book show had a picture of Sleeping Beauty (1959)

So, before you get the long-awaited final questions, focus on this one:
What is so special about this show? I’ll would have given you a clue, but seeing as we’re fast approaching the end of the series, I’ll let you suffer a little longer ;-) !

Yes - I promise it’s true… There was Orange everywhere: I was a bit confused initially, I thought there was some kind of colour mix-up! Don’t laugh - that kind of thing must happen every now and again! A was in the Park and there were these orange things everywhere, pumpkin men, events with Mickey, his friends and even Disney Villains! It was a festival of Orangeness!

So, to prove him right we’re going to talk about good old princes and princesses… Good old days resemble a wonderful memory of a cape and beautiful hair ;-) …Surely that’s the minimum requirement… A question for this special occasion then:
What is the name of the prince in this show?

By the way, for MG14 you were supposed to say that David Halliday had composed the music for Rock Shock (1992) at Videopolis. In 1995, this show will be on stage for the Space Festival and the opening of Space Mountain: from the Earth to the Moon.

Code Orange, Code Orange… That’s all well and good but if the Resort is getting oranged up for Halloween, I didn’t see why your blog should miss out on a little citrus face lift! So here it is – A new look, that even a fusspot like me thinks is great! Now that’s what I call style, ladies and gents. All this fruity talk is even making me hungry for the witch’s apple from Snow White…! But you’d come and wake me up wouldn’t you? Promise you would?!!
