Sleeping Beauty is wearing Fifi Chachnil, Léonard or Jacques Garcia, Belle swears only by Nathalie Garçon, Cinderella is wearing a Baccarat glass slipper, Ariel takes on airs with Impasse de la Défense, Princess Mary looks smart in Eymeric François, Snow White plays the VIP in Azzedine Alaïa, and so on. And no, I haven’t been drinking!

No, I’m not hallucinating either, and I’m not confusing dream with reality, I just happen to be in the right place, at the right time. In this case, the 26th June, date on which Disneyland Resort Paris, as part of its 15th anniversary celebrations, decided to call on top fashion designers to give its princesses a makeover.

The benefits made from the sale of these unique and exceptional creations will be donated to UNICEF France, during a sale in November.

If this act of “Disneyan” (one of the many words in my personal dictionary: it means “from Disney”) generosity surprises you, I would just like to point out that charity has a long history at Disneyland Resort Paris.

For over 15 years, Disneyland has had a division dedicated to children and the family: VoluntEARS. These volunteers offer their time and skills and have already made 500 hospital visits and made 700 children’s wishes come true. 
A great initiative, isn’t it?
