Laurent takes care of maintenance for Big Thunder Mountain in Frontierland. He looks after what is working, what isn’t working and he makes sure everything runs smoothly… Laurent works on site and sometimes does the repairs at night. Above all, Laurent has invited us to a very, very private venue…

Tristane…this is your best video by far. This man is a Disney hero. I suspected the maintainance on a attaction like BTM was intensive but never imagined 2 teams working 8 hours. WOW With the saftey of millions of park guests in his hands and the preasure of keeping the best ride in the park operational I hope you passed on the thanks of every guest that loves BTM (Which I guess is every park guest).
