Stitch is my sweetie, my lovely one, my soft delight… But beyond these fundamental qualities… Do you know who Stitch really is?

He’s a little blue creature from outer space!

Yeah - but what else?

With just a few days to go before the opening of the new Attraction “Stitch Live!” shouldn’t you bring yourself up to date a little?

By the way, I also needed a bit of a reminder, so here you go:

Stitch is from outer space, everyone knows that.

But that’s not all. Stitch is the result of an illegal genetic experiment by a mad scientist, Jumba, who only saw Stitch as “Experiment 626″. Personally, I like calling him Stitch - it’s a cute name

At first glance, Stitch is nothing of a Rambo (unlike some who were at Disney not too long ago!!). He is rather vulnerable, which for an alien doesn’t really make sense, but then again his very existence doesn’t make sense really! But he’s cute and cuddly for a nonsensical creature from outer space, so something went wrong with the casting obviously!

Jumba designed Stitch to be a war machine. He is abnormally strong, potentially indestructible, cleverer than an ultra-powerful computer and very Machiavellian!

Originally, he was designed to destroy everything in his path - and that’s what he would have done if he hadn’t discovered the joy of being part of a family, a family with a lot of heart - very far removed from the planet where he was born: Turo.

Now and for as long as possible, Stitch lives with Lilo, a 7 year old girl who is Nani’s sister who is twelve years older than her. This little family lives happily on tehe island of Kauai in Hawaii.

Today, Stitch if nothing like his initial programming would have hoped… he wants to do things right. But it’s a continuous lesson for him and he still messes up a lot! He’s innocent, naïve and he has a lot to learn about being able to judge good from bad.

Stitch has a little red hover car… A bit of a show-off don’t you think?! (well - let’s put it down to his age!

In reality, he’s like me, passionate about all things blue. Basically because, well… he is blue! Which isn’t the case for me, you know

In terms of culture, well books really, his favourite story is the tale of the Ugly Duckling… I think he identifies with that one!

Stitch has become a highly skilled hula dancer… And he can thank Lilo for that who taught him everything!

Stitch does have quite a few advantages in life and not just any old ones (but I’m not sure, as an example, that they would be very useful for me, well….maybe). Basically, he cannot be harmed by fire or bullets and thinks at the speed of a mega-computer!

He owes Lilo, who paid two dollars (borrowed from her sister ;-)) for his adoption license from the Aloha Animal Rescue centre.

Apart from that, Stitch loves coconut cake and coffee, but to be honest, he likes anything you can eat… You’d never call him fussy!

There you go - now you know it all! Oh no - I forgot the most important detail to finish off the portrait. Stitch is my mate! And don’t forget it!!
