It was so gorgeous we used to make it for friends & family and call it 'Disneyland Salad'. And now it's off the menu! Disaster! We are back home now & it's mine and Mrs E-D's wedding anniversary (happy A Mrs E-D). So for starters I had Disneyland salad & she had a veggie alternative. Happy memories! He was the most pleasent and funniest person I had met in france. He even gave us a bottle of wine and discounted our meal, viva la france. I would like to personally thank him for giving the experience of a lifetime in France, unforetunately I do not know how to contact him.
