Remember, just a few reports ago (Tristane’s measurement of time) …. It was at the end of one of those memorable interviews with Laurent Cayuela. That day he promised me a video meeting to explain how the crazy idea came into being, in the well-ordered head of Walt Disney himself, to create one day a theme park based on Mickey Mouse, all in a park the size of a village, with its own population. Crazy when you think about it ….And since everything comes to she who waits, I had my meeting with our man so that he could give me the answer to this difficult question!
Was it after a dream? A present for a newborn child? A stupid bet?
However did this unbelievable project come into being in the imagination of a genius?
So you see, I’m going to get the answer; yes I have thought about doing a panorama of all your theories …. It could be fun! You’ve only got a short time left to send in your suggestions - I’m waiting!!

…Sometimes, technology is the most beautiful thing there is! First, because that means daily blogs can be kept, and that’s not bad. And, secondly, thanks to the little phone earpiece I’ve worn over the past few weeks, all those keen policemen no longer have it in for this little blond girl whenever she dares to answer her phone….. I got a fine every time! It was getting very expensive to make a phone call! But lastly, and above all, technology’s great because at Disneyland they know how to use it and better still, we want to use it too! And what Disneyland wants, Bluetooth can do it !

…Soldier Tristane has climbed into the elevator ….. so The Tower of Terror has done time here! There I’ve said it …. Because after all, since I don’t dress the same every day why should I serve you up with the same view in this place that I want to be (that I hope is?) forever changing and perpetually warm and friendly. After a quick detour into the fourth dimension you can bet that a new Tristane is born…So the Blog had to get in step and undergo a little makeover, but without botox or silicone! What do you think?

Martin Parr is a famous photographer, an artist. He is the eternal traveller, a stranger wherever he goes - New York, Paris… He is always a visitor. In Disneyland Resort Paris, however, over the several days of shooting, he felt right at home. Do you think it was his inner child? Not that it matters… The result is a series of gorgeous photographs exhibited on the first floor of the famous Concept Store on rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris: Colette. And to come full circle, Martin Parr came to Disney to make…the Making of!

…Did you like R2D2? C3PO? I loved them when I was a kid…and I wanted to have them. I’m still waiting by the way… But I don’t really like waiting as you know, and I’m just too excited to hold back about Wall•E…the hero of the next film hot off the presses from Disney • Pixar studios… Watch out - it’s an exclusive!

High School Musical 2 is an amazingly well prepared show with absolutely nothing left to chance. To improve what is already nearly perfect, to dazzle and amaze you even further, the teams go without sleep to rehearse without bothering the visitors… Here’s our report

I told you that a show like High School Musical 2 is an amazing machine that day after day offers people the very best. But at its very foundations High School Musical 2 is above all talented dancers, like Erwan, who have got here thanks to their tenacity and perseverance. Here’s the interview.

Nearly as old as me! A quarter of a century ago, the Walt Disney Company created VoluntEARS. I have already told you about this sensational and very human programme (my little heart is very sensitive to these things you know!!). Throughout the year, all employees all over the world work to help disadvantaged children, families in difficulty and the environment. And amidst all that there is the “Make-a-wish” operation which is the VoluntEARS’ spearhead: 60 partner associations all over the world have already helped make 7,500 wishes come true for kids already. So - a little respect if you please!!

It all started with a simple email… Do you remember Laurent, the Head Chef I interviewed not so long ago? It began with a “Tristane! The menu has changed!”
