For anyone interested, the right answer to MG16 was: the cavalcade came from the Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show, the only show at the resort that has been continuously performed since 1992 in Disney Village. Not bad, eh? It was worth drawing your attention to it, that’s for sure!

You can find a Christmas book with the entire season’s programme, videos of the shows, everything you need to know about Santa Claus at Disneyland Paris…
But remember that Christmas is all about the little ones - so they’ve taken care of everything… There’s a special area for writing to Santa Claus and a place to put it in the Resort, a play area to help Goofy muck about in the snow on Main Street U.S.A…

Don’t laugh - that kind of thing must happen every now and again! A was in the Park and there were these orange things everywhere, pumpkin men, events with Mickey, his friends and even Disney Villains! It was a festival of Orangeness!

OK - I’ll stop being the dumb blonde… What I’m trying to say in case you haven’t worked it out yet is that the Halloween season has already started and it’s going to last up until 2nd November… So you all know now - even you blondes out there! ;-)

Sometimes of course, a subject can appear quite banal but if you take a closer look it becomes really interesting and exciting. Plant Décor is one of those subjects. It’s a living art that needs lots of care and attention throughout the year and according to the seasons.

Imagine… Imagine that you are next to Space Mountain: Mission 2 near the FastPass. Imagine the time spent by the landscape gardeners and horticulturalists using their tried and tested expertise to train the plane trees onto the trellises! (remember I interviewed Rémi, a gardener at the resort a few months back…). They create these futuristic decors and immerse us in Discoveryland to our roots and back!

In Fantasyland, the boxwood hedges and decorative pastel flowers recreate the royal gardens and coats of arms of yesteryear!
Isn’t that amazing!
So, the saying of the day is:
“At Disneyland when autumn falls
Many flowers your very eyes enthral!
And when winter breathes its chilly breath
Disney reveals its planted depth…”
