Now for the official one!
A few days ago, I showed you the film I “secretly” made of the opening of the Cars and Crush rides. As all that’s not really above board
here’s the official version direct from the Disneyland Resort Paris Studios! It’s better, more professional, you could say it’s almost perfect I suppose. But you have to admit that the home-made version has a certain charm to it, doesn’t it? (Go on, humour me, and say yes

…I played… and lost!
How pathetic… On Disneyland15.com, there are two new games. So, of course, I wanted to play! Thinking I was hot stuff, I started with Cars, because I love cars. And I kind of see myself as a champion race care driver… As for the rules, nothing could be simpler. You go three times around the track and avoid the obstacles.

Crush’s Coaster goes a bit too fast for the camera… but it gives you a good feel for the ride. Just watch and judge for yourself. You’ll feel like you were there!

Kat de Blois is an Artistic Director. There’s also something “Cats” about her - and this is a point to remember. France opened her with welcome arms 20 years ago, but before then, she was a citizen of all countries. At least that’s how I see her…

So, are you ready to show what you’re made of? Ready to find the answers to the totally mysterious games that I rack my brain to concoct in no time flat? Well, try to beat me at my own game! :p

The best way to see what the Cars Race Rally ride is really like is to test it out yourself… But in the meantime, you can watch this little video!

You’re going to tell me that everyone melts when a child smiles, but where’s the problem? On Friday, June 1st, 300 children aged 3 to 11 from the Secours Populaire humanitarian association and other associations from the East of France got a sneak peek of the new Cars Race Rally and Crush’s Coaster rides. And not only that… they also got to ride on the new East European TGV (French high speed train) high-speed train! As the children come from the East of France, you can see that whoever planned this knew what they were doing.
It was obvious that these kids would cry with joy!

On 7th February 1992, France signed the Maastricht Treaty. And why am I telling you this? No reason. It’s just for your personal edification. Two months later, Mr Disney himself inaugurated the new theme park, which would soon become the No. 1 tourist destination in Europe: Disneyland Resort Paris. Now I know you’re thinking: Tristane’s a nice girl and all, but Walt Disney died on 1st December 1966. So she must have forgotten that 1992 came after 1966. And, of course, we have no proof that ghosts really exist. And yet… Well, let’s be clear about one thing: I have not gone crazy. It wasn’t Walt Disney on the video, just a distant relative that looks somewhat similar. It was Roy Disney, the son of Walt’s brother. Did you catch all of that?

Last week, I was laughed at for my little game that even a child could figure out! But, like in a video game, it’s time to move on to Level 2! So, what about this photo? It was taken somewhere in the one of the two Parks. And that’s a big hint…
