In three dimensions (or nearly) on the Web… Guess what? I’ve seen Santa Claus, Mickey and Minnie Mouse dressed up to the nines, Chip & Dale and everyone else!!
So if something’s afoot, it’s got to be the holiday season and its parties… And I reckon that the Christmas website looks fabulous this year! Read the rest of this entry »
And what’s more, it’s up and running!

Do you remember, back when we were all younger ? Some of us used to play a memory game in the school playground. We would form a circle and, one after another, add an item to an imaginary suitcase. At the end, you had to remember, in the right order, what each person had put in, before adding a new element. It could go on for ages !
Well, on 11th September this year, during the press
event that unveiled Disneyland Christmas products, I wanted to play this game again. And in my suitcase, and the photos are there to prove it, I wanted to put : a collector’s edition "Disneyland Resort Paris yearly pass for Colette", a princess’ dress for my niece, a Pirates key ring and jewellery, a Disney mug, a Mickey pepper grinder, Christmas baubles, etc., etc. It really wasn’t bad at all, my suitcase
!!

After becoming used to seeing life in orange, Halloween style, I got up one morning, headed off to the park and… something had changed.
Yes, that’s life, days go by, the seasons change, and from 10th November the Halloween period makes way for Christmas and a certain bearded old man ! So it shouldn’t really come as a surprise that Disneyland Resort Paris has put its Christmas colours on, but my goodness it’s beautiful !

Well my sweetheart, Christmas at Disney is better than ever this year for the 15th birthday.
It starts on 10th November and goes on until 6th January 2008. There’ll be the Christmas dream float that closes the Disney’s Once Upon a Dream Parade, there’s the Mickey’s Winter Wonderland, Father Christmas Village, the Disney’s Fantillusion parade. There’s also the Enchanted Candleabration with the Princes and Princesses’ ballet, and the Castle will be illuminated in its 15th birthday and Christmas colours!

Rest assured, I’m not being sarcastic and it’s not because we didn’t have a very good summer that I’m already talking about Christmas!
The truth is out there, as a famous TV series likes to point out…So what am I talking about?
Camille Bovier-Lapierre is the producer of the TV ad that will promote Disneyland Resort Paris at Christmastime, to be shown on our screens. It’s the first time in four years that a new ad has been created to publicize end-of-year celebrations at the Resort. Interview.
